I’M IN! I took the plunge and signed up for a canning challenge over at Tigress in a Jam. I learned the basics of canning last summer and, while I love it, I have a lot to learn. I’m not great at following recipes. I improvise, change things up and add/subtract things willy-nilly. This perhaps is not the greatest way to approach learning to can without unintentionally killing the receiver of the goods. What better way to learn a lot then just do it? And read recipes and trials of other canners? You are right! Frickin‘ canning challenge! Bring it! This month: All Things Citrus. Excited!
